1. With the assistance and guidance of your Advertising Unlimited representative, select a wide range of quality apparel items and other miscellaneous promotional items at various price ranges. Determine the most appropriate quantities to be ordered for inventory.
    
   
2. Ship any items already in your inventory to Advertising Unlimited for inclusion in your Company Store.
    
   
3. Selected items will be produced and decorated with your company logo as desired. Samples to be be attractively displayed at a company location chosen by your coordinator.

4. Orders will be placed for merchandise to be shipped directly to Advertising Unlimited's main warehouse. Upon receipt Advertising Unlimited will invoice your company for the merchandise received and add the items to our perpetual inventory system designed exclusively for your Company Store.
    
   
5. Key-Comp Web Design will immediately proceed with the the design of your Company Store Web Site. The Grand Opening of your online store will be scheduled to coincide with the receipt of inventory.
    
   Your Company Store Web Site will consist of:
   
   
   1. Custom Graphics Design using your company colors and logo
   2. Banner Hyperlink from Advertising Unlimited's Home Site to Your Company Store Front
   3. Company Store Front with Product Table of Contents and banner hyperlink to your official company web site
   4. Shopping Cart enabled product pages with logical grouping of similar products
   5. At your option, the following pages may also be included:
      
      
      • Information Request Form - which requires pertinent contact information for your prospective clients and/or current customers. Information will be emailed immediately to the appropriate company recipient as selected by the visitor.
      • Guest Book Sign-In and Registry - entries will be monitored by our webmaster to guard against any possible abuse.
      • Local Interest Hyperlink Page - links of interest localized to your company's regional area(s).

6. Advertising Unlimited will insure and maintain inventory in complete detail, by size, color etc. Your coordinator will be able to set re-order levels in that same detail. Any item reaching this re-order quantity will trigger a report showing that item as well as all other items normally ordered from that same supplier. Using this report, your coordinator can :
   1. Determine items to order to return inventory to the original level.
   2. Request that Advertising Unlimited reorder automatically at that time.
   3. Discontinue ordering of any particular item and let inventory continue to drop.
   
    
   
7. Through the use of a secure web site, employees can buy directly by via the Internet any items they so desire using Visa, MasterCard Novus or Discover cards. Items can also be ordered by check, however product will not be shipped until check is received.
    
   
8. Several computer generated reports will be provided on a monthly basis.
   1. Report of additional inventory received.
   2. Report of inventory shipped showing name and address, quantity of each item shipped and amounts charged.
   3. A check will be issued monthly to your coordinator for their portion of the revenue from shipments.
   4. A detailed listing of all inventory on hand as of end of month.
   
    
   
9. The pricing arrangement to your employees for company merchandise will be agreed upon annually between your coordinator and Advertising Unlimited. Several pricing options are available, complete details will be contained in our proposal.
